Ok, I have heard it all. well these horses are on a patch of weeds, thin, never mind if there is evidence of water. I really hope people understand if you have a horse you have a responsibility to make sure it has the right nourishment. If you don't know what that is oask for help or a brief education. If you knwo soemone who needs help or education please don't let those horses suffer.
No Horse can go without a constant access to clean water. If you see a field of weeds no forage/hay, or see leaves and the hroses are thin, ribs, pin bones, tail head showing, they need help.
It is grasses, or a substitue such as clean horse hay ( not moldy cow hay) they need. Help them by helping their caretakers or owners learn or call someone who can help.
This is cruel especially in our harsh environments. Sometimes education is all it takes or maybe a hand with where to get the right hay or how to cring in water. But do not turn away, the pain a starved animal feels or dehydrated one can go through is cruel.
